- To relentlessly chase the targets set by the business and the sales leadership.
- To continuously monitor, track, review and improve the input effort metrics.
- Improve capabilities of sales team via training team.
- Continuously evaluate sales performance and run Performance Improvement programs(PIP) effectively and fairly
- Facilitating timely JDs and Performance appraisals for all employees working in their team - in coordination with respective functions and HR.
- Act as the escalation point for any consumer complaints and resolve it immediately.
- Provide strategic inputs to the category head/sales head on ideas of improving the funnel, quality of leads etc.
Salary offered: 30-40LPA
