Leading Global Tyre Manufacturer Requires Sr Mgr -sales commercial Controller(CA) -Gurgaon
One of our client a leading US $ 2.34 billion Tyre Manufacturer with Global presence in over 18 countries including india & have strong presence in Middle east market/ Europe / North Africa including Dubai/ Qatar/North African .The Company aims to build strong presence in most of the major markets of the Regions & across geographies. While Dubai was set-up as the hub for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region two years back, the tyres for these markets are imported from both India and Europe. In the passenger vehicle tyre category, It would be capitalising on the increasing automobile sales, rising per capita income and implementation of strict rules for quality tyres .
We are looking for Sr Mgr - Sales commercial for Corporate headquarter in Gurgaon.

JOB CONTRIBUTIONS I.E. ALL
ACTIVITIES PERFORMED TO FULFILL STAKEHOLDER EXPECTATIONS AND WHICH ENCOMPASS
THE SPAN OF
RESPONSIBILITIES MANAGED
S.NO. KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS -
1. Partnering product team on commercial related issues relating to pricing, policy, schemes etc and ensuring that all business marketing strategies are aligned to management targets of top line & bottom line.
2. Ensuring that billing for all replacement segment is done at specified prices derived on basis of respective price positioning of the product .
3. Revenue accounting including accounting of all marketing schemes and core discounts.
4. Meticulous Drafting of Commercial Policy and commercial circulars in a comprehensive & self explanatory manner which serves as business enabler.
5. Calculation of incentives of various dealer and employee schemes and disbursal for the same.
6. Ensuring support on day to day operational issues to field team ( 150 sales offices ) and resolution thereof.
7. Ensuring proper accounting of assets at field locations .
8. Liaison with Statutory, Interim & Tax Audit to auditors for day to day compliances.
9. New Initiatives and process development.
10. Preparation of various MIS on monthly basis
11. Replacement Debtor ageing and receivable management.
