Senior Sales Manager Role
Roles & Responsibilities :
- To operate at a regional level
- Manage the reportees profitably at the area level
- Efficiently manage the Channel partner network
- Devise profitable long-term, medium-term, and short-term sales strategies for new and existing markets
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
- Will be working closely with the Management to craft & execute the Sales& Business Development Strategy
- Planning day-to-day Sales strategies, budgets and schedules, along with resource allocation.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to the organisation
- Completing & growing monthly/quarterly sales against Targets by bringing past experience & out of box thinking
- Ensure the primary and secondary targets are achieved
- Deploy various resource bounded strategies to extract newer accounts
- Devise attractive promotional offers
- Establish effective market coverage
- Sales Forecast at SKU level
Experience & Requirements :
1. MBA with 6-8 years of experience in project & Channel Sales.
2. Experience in Flooring Segment in building construction Material Industry.
3. Good networking among Interior Designers/ Architects/ HNI clients
4. Strong solution focus and ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables
5. Effective Communication Skills
6. Good negotiation skills
7. Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
