- Achieve sales targets through direct efforts and managing a team of business development executives:

- Identify sales opportunities for CASA products by acquiring new customers and building new relationships:
- You will be responsible for identifying potential customers who would benefit from CASA (Current Account, Savings Account) products.
- This includes building new relationships to expand the customer base.
- Manage business relations with existing customers to increase the depth of existing relationships:
- You'll maintain and deepen relationships with current customers.
- This involves understanding their needs, ensuring satisfaction with services, and potentially upselling or cross-selling additional products.
- Ensure timely servicing of leads received and resolution of discrepancies raised during the application process:
- You'll oversee the process of handling leads promptly and ensuring any issues or discrepancies that arise during the application process are resolved efficiently.
- Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system:
- It's crucial to maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and leads.
- This helps in tracking progress, analyzing trends, and ensuring follow-up actions are taken.
- Prepare and ensure implementation of sourcing, activation, implementation, coaching, and mentoring plan for the BDEs:
- You'll be involved in creating plans and strategies for sourcing new customers, activating their accounts, and implementing effective sales techniques.
- Additionally, you'll provide coaching and mentoring to the BDEs to help them achieve their targets.
- Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the financial services industry:
- Compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) norms and regulations set by SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) or other regulatory bodies is essential.
- This ensures all activities and transactions are conducted legally and ethically
