As a Senior Sales Manager for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA), your primary responsibility will be to drive sales performance both individually and through effective leadership of a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs).
Here's what the role entails:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Utilize your sales expertise to meet and exceed targets, leveraging both direct efforts and the strategic management of your team.
- Identify Sales Opportunities: Proactively seek out and capitalize on opportunities to promote CASA products, focusing on acquiring new customers and nurturing new relationships.
- Strengthen Customer Relations: Cultivate and deepen relationships with existing customers, aiming to enhance loyalty and expand the breadth of engagement.
- Ensure Timely Service: Oversee the prompt servicing of leads and the swift resolution of any discrepancies encountered during the application process, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and engagement activities using our CRM system, facilitating efficient tracking and analysis of sales performance.
- Team Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the sourcing, activation, and ongoing professional development of the BDEs under your supervision.
- Offer coaching and mentorship to nurture their skills and enhance their performance.
- Compliance Adherence: Stay updated and ensure strict adherence to all KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the financial services industry, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.
