We are looking for bright, premium pedigree graduates for the role of Senior Manager Sales & Business Development role with one of the fastest growing edutech startup across multiple locations.
KRA's
- Minimum 5 years of Sales/ Business Development experience (B2B/ B2C).
- Business Development activities including vendor tie-ups, negotiations on commission and other terms.
- Strong ability to collaborate with Business partners and Analyzing business issues, analyze gaps and implement solutions.
- Aligning and Training the Team to achieve the objectives and targets.
- Overseeing complete business operations in the assigned region with accountability of profitability, forecasting monthly/annual sales targets & executing them in a given time frame
- Revenue handling experience
- P&L responsibility
Candidate Specifications
- MBA (Premium institutes )+ B.Tech (preferred)
CTC 20- 32 lacs p.a (approx)
