Senior Sales & Business Development Manager
Role and Responsibility:
- In this role, we are looking for professionals who thrive on challenges and desire to make a real difference.
- To create demand for next generation IoT platform and work with end customers in various verticals like outdoor lighting/ e surveillance/ electrical automation.
- Should enable himself to identify & explore new business opportunities in alignment with existing businesses and functions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for market analyses and strategic projects.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators. Along with this aim to maximise market share and develop market penetration strategies for our product ranges.
- Takes a lead role in contract negotiations, and contract delivery ensuring management is informed and aligned.
- Make a strong Sales team to support growth and revenue targets in respective vertical.
- Should work with the technical leads, account teams, marketing and sales teams, onsite client partners, external analysts, consultants and Company's leadership team.
- Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports
- Support Marketing team at increasing the brand awareness and value proposition of relevant brands across the region. Candidate Skill Set
- Should have knowledge of selling/consulting IoT, Automation products in B2B or B2G domain.
- Good understanding of Embedded systems, IoT, IIoT, Industry4.0, Factory Automation will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within country.
- Should be good in new customer acquisition, win long-term strategic customers, customer relationship, account mining, deal-making developing long-term customers and contract.
- Must attain a thorough understanding of customer requirements to create winning proposals.

Qualification:
- MBA, Bachelor degree or Diploma in electrical and related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience of 4-8 years in managing business development/sales activity in BFSI segment / Outdoor Lighting industry / E surveillance /IoT
