Key Responsibility Area:
- New revenue generation Identify potential leads independently through networking, cold-calling and/or other sources in the assigned territory/geography
- Follow up on leads through various mediums (cold calls/emails/social media) and schedule meeting for Business Head/AVP's Creating / closing new business opportunities for the company
- Develop and manage healthy business Pipeline of prospective customers
- Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social Networking
- Cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
- Lead qualification and opportunity generation by taking ownership of the sales process and progressing it
- Work with the team/AVP to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly/quarterly/yearly meeting targets
- Generate client awareness and preference for the business and its services.
- May include developing/sending promotional material, authoring articles etc.
- Maintain and prepare reports and dashboard for various activities
- Overall Review of the Team Reporting to you - includes Training & Performance Management of team

- Have proven customer relationship management skills Must be a self-starter and a team player
- Should be able to search/identify decision maker or right contact
- Should be excellent with research activities
- Working Knowledge of MS Office products
