Responsibility:
- The individual will carry sales targets for the respective region for both new business & account farming.
- Responsible to plan, build and nurture a strong 3x pipeline accurate forecast business.
- He/ She will own the entire sales cycle from generating, qualifying & developing leads to negotiating and closing opportunities involving multiple stakeholders both internal &external.
- Manage & grow existing accounts through upselling & cross selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams for RFIs & RFPs & willing to go above &beyond to meet timelines.
- Should be excellent at researching, mapping & nurturing strong relationships at multiple levels within the account.
- Carry a consultative &value driven selling approach with clients when positioning bespoke solutions.
- Create & manage social visibility within BFSI domain for the company over various social channels to generate leads & connects.
- Work with marketing team to create regional marketing plans to acquire new business.
- Responds timely to customers and exhibits strong sales etiquettes & ethics.
Requirements:
- work experience with demonstrated success in BFSI industry in new business development and managing client relationships at senior levels.
- Preferably brings along BFSI connects & customer relationships and carries experience in negotiating at CXO, CHRO and L&D Head level
- Preferably carries experience in Education Sales / Services Sales.
- Carries experience in structuring mid to large deals and successfully
- Willing to roll-up sleeves and go above & beyond to drive business growth.
