Senior Manager, Sales
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3 - 5 years
MUST HAVES:
1. More than 3 years of experience working in B2B SaaS Sales teams
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English
3. Demonstrated success in driving sales results
4. Strong Business acumen
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the co-founders to create a GTM strategy to launch SaaS products.
2. Identify various relevant channels of Marketing and Sales and create individual strategies for each channel.
3. Own Marketing and Sales content creation by working with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
4. Own the entire Sales funnel including lead creation and conversion at each stage until deal closure.
5. Proactively sharing the learning/feedback from the customers with the product team.
6. Hire, coach, and train a team of high-performing salespeople.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Passionate about building things from scratch and high ownership with a let us get it done attitude.
2. 4-5 years experience of selling B2B SaaS products.
3. MBA from tier-1 Institutes
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English.
5. Demonstrated success in driving sales results.
