Strategic:

- Work with the central team on formation and implementation of the branding strategy of the assigned projects in the Region in coordination with the Central Marketing Team in order to secure a competitive edge in the marketplace

- Drive the development of new products and concepts and ensure that consumer insights are a key part of such decisions

- Provide strategic inputs on communication mix, media selection, sales promotion and PR activities based on product segment and customer profile

- Develop the regional strategy for sales and sales plan in line with the guidelines for the assigned brand/projects

- Provide market intelligence and trends in the market to enable shaping future strategy as well as make modifications to existing sales strategy of various projects

- Conceptualize & identify opportunities to create and implement customer delight, ensure a consistent level of service quality within the region

- Provide inputs to Business Development for project acquisition deals in the region

- Work with the CRM team to plan and execute referral and loyalty events on site

Operational Marketing Activities:

- Ensure effective and timely implementation of Marketing strategies and initiatives to drive sales within the region

- Identify local media and BTL opportunities for marketing communication and provide inputs to the central Marketing team

- Coordinate and support PR activities in the region under guidance of the Central PR team

- Track competitor movements in the region and strategies for their properties so as to get strategic advantage and first mover advantage

- Manage sales office running in terms of budgeting and managing execution agencies

Sales Planning and Management:


- Participate in preparation of detailed sales plans for the region and individual projects with the Sales Heads


- Review Sales team performance on a periodic basis to ensure generation of leads through calls, references, and various marketing & promotional measures

- Ensure prompt responsiveness on sales enquires so as to maximize sales conversions

- Review inputs from Sales Heads to provide recommendations on pricing, discount guidelines, etc

- Ensure productivity of the Sales team and provide necessary support in terms of training etc to enhance productivity

- Develop relations with existing & new high value customers (E.g., Corporates, HNI Clients) to drive sales

- Identify and develop relationships with Partners (brokers/ property consultants) to ensure market penetration in the region

- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of data related to the project sales and existing / potential customers and ensure timely and accurate submission of MIS

- Manage the sales budget in the region to get maximum value

Internal & External Interactions:

Internal: Regional Business Head, Head Marketing & Sales, Other Function Heads - Business Development, Regional Engineering, Project Heads, Corporate Marketing, Legal

External: Corporates, HNI Clients, Channel Partners, Property Consultants, Customers, local media

Education & Experience Requirement:

- MBA Marketing/Sales

- 5-8 years of experience in marketing & sales roles and at least 2 years of experience in real estate
