Roles and Responsibilities :
- Experience in Management Reporting, preparing and updating advanced dashboards and presentations under high pressure environment.
- Client Revenue Analysis, Sales Pipeline Data Analysis, Forecasting and Reporting; with focus on key insights, client behavior and possible opportunities.
- Scheduling multiple Adhoc Data Analysis into a structured reporting framework.
- In-depth exposure to extensive data validation techniques.
- Should have the capability to interact with multiple Practice and Service Line Leaders and serve regular MIS requirements.
- Strong Team Management skills and should be able to mentor an enthusiastic team of high energy technical and non-technical professionals.
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders on data gathering, CRM modifications and technical advancements.
- Driving usage and trainings of Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, across wide range of internal users.
- Gathering and suggesting CRM technical advancements for improved Business and Sales MIS & Analytics.
- Analyzing monthly performance of Sales Teams against set annual targets.
- Managing Markets Annual Operating Plans and providing monthly updates to the stake holders on variances.
- Responsible for collating, managing and updating the Client Contact Database for the Firm and be a single point contact for all business needs for Marketing Campaigns.
- Driving new reports and analysis for Business Team use and decision making
- Other data management and reporting support as may be required by Business Units.
- Participate as a team member, with comprehensive business improvement reviews. Prepare reports and presentations of study findings and present findings to senior management.
- Analyze root causes of low performing KPIs and recommend ways to improve through organization change, redesign of business processes, behavioral and culture change, etc.
- Analyze business processes, existing systems and suggest modifications in functional design.
- Change management support to the business and the development team - developing CRM Strategy for the Firm.
- End to end spectrum of data backed Customer insights from Client Acquisition, Cross Sell, Profitability, Customer Lifetime Value Analysis, etc.
Qualifications and Skills :
- MBA Finance, with at least 10 years of experience in Management Reporting, MIS and Data Analysis.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience reporting to Senior Management
- Should possess Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills.
- Must have excellent and effective Oral and Written communication skills to speak with both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Should be proactive, enthusiastic and great team player.
- Should be open to take new challenges, learn new software and packages
- Self-starter, works well with limited supervision and quick decision maker.
- Capability to work in High Pressure environment, with a go-getter approach
