Senior Manager - Sales & Alliances & Partnerships:

Duties

A Senior Manager must be able to develop and maintain broad and deep external partner relations with company partners in all solutions areas; is knowledgeable of the partner's propositions, their markets, business challenges and customer opportunities; ensures partner alignment with the vision, strategies and capabilities of the company; provides constant updates to the partner on the latest developments in the product; provides feedback to the partners if needed; develops and executes attainable and strategy plans with the market needs; builds multi-level relationships with its partners including those in the executive level; produces high-quality leads through constant engagements with partners in terms of marketing strategies; and coordinates with internal resources to launch partner sales planning efforts of the company.

Requirements

- Technical graduate degree and/or MBA is a plus

- 8+ years of demonstrated experience in direct/ in-direct selling of software products / services to large B2B clients for a technology company

- Prior experience in Partner Sales and Alliances for a Technology company will be a plus

- Experience in closing international deals and handling international customers is a plus

- Excellent communication & presentation skills

- Proven ability to recognize, analyze, and take action on go to market approaches, marketing programs, joint value propositions and business cases around strategic partnerships.

- Experience of working with Enterprise & Solution field sales organizations.

- Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills.

- Strong business acumen and negotiation abilities.

- Familiarity with a broad range of application and infrastructure software is desirable.

- Readiness to travel extensively internationally.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

Senior managers must have a passion for sales and technology.

Drive must come from the willingness to the help the company's growth.

He / she must have exceptional communications skills as it will be the core of his career.

Must know how to build relationships as well know how to maintain them.

He /she must be disciplined in working with people as well as be culturally sensitive in dealing with them.

Working Conditions

Aside from being in an office environment, travel will be necessary as the senior manager will have to set up and manage international alliances in the designated geo. International travel is mandatory as the position is for managing International alliances. Willingness to relocate to the international location will be an added benefit. As a Senior Manager you would be responsible to develop & manage the Partners and drive activity to promote sales of Sumeru products. He would also be responsible for regional quota achievement. This is a partner sales & alliance development role encompassing; regional field & executive engagement, partner competency, sales, solution and pipeline development.
