Senior Manager - S4 Intelligent Functions

Experience:

SAP S4 HANA eWM/PP/QM/SD/MM/FICO/IBP/MDG experience working on SAP Delivery Engagement, RFP Solutioning, Proposals and Presales

- Must have worked on 2-3 large scale transformation/implementation delivery programs for global clients

- Must have worked as end to end SAP Solution / Functional Architect for at least 3-4 RFP Proposals

- Experience in Consumer Goods Industry is mandatory

- Experience in S4 MM highly desirable

- Should have been in client facing roles for 3-4 engagements

- Good communication skills are a must with capability to drive and lead requirement gathering, design workshops with client stakeholders.

- Can solve an unstructured problem where brief provided is minimum. Solves the problem by breaking down into structured modules. Follows fundamentals of issue-based problem solving

- Can construct basic components of business case and value analyses e.g. market share, sales, costs under various heads, etc.

- Can perform Research and Analysis of client's business, market, competitors and make appropriate inferences even if information available is insufficient. Can interpret data in context of industry and company specific issues

SAP S4 eWM/PP/QM/SD/MM/FICO/IBP/MDG

- Direct solution decisions to complex Client problems across the SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape and throughout the project/program lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise in SAP eWM/PP/QM/SD/MM/FICO/IBP/MDG module with a strong strategic awareness within SAP market and associated technologies

- Working as a lead SAP Functional Solution Architect and supporting Solutions for end to end RFP proposals

- Engaging with Clients in understanding their requirements, scoping, discovering and defining solutions, explaining business benefits and use cases and developing a roadmap to meet their goals

- Direct interaction with customers to translate business requirements into solutions

- Creating innovative solution designs that utilize our extensive service offerings

- Supporting our Business development activities, working with our sales teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan and delivery approach for SAP transformations

- Responsible for integration with different ERP Solutions including SAP and create Proof of Concepts as and when required

- Lead client delivery SAP S4 HANA engagement
