Senior Manager - Risk & Policy - LAP & SME - NBFC

- Proactively working with the front-line teams to ensure comprehensive and accurate capture of critical data points w.r.t. borrower and collateral to enable subsequent monitoring, reporting and analytics.

- Interacting with stakeholders across departments to understand risk implications of existing policy frameworks and defining risk appetite limits for the LOBs.

- Providing support to ensure RBI & other regulatory compliance.

- Monitoring Through-The-Door (TTD) business onboarded under the Credit Policy framework - for concentration risk, geographical trends etc.

- Responsible to provide Audit Support.

- Work on new product programs that enhance scope of business opportunities

- Responsible for Industry research & Early Warning System framework
