Senior Manager - Risk Operations - BFSI

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the CRMS Head in driving the strategic agenda and handle related projects in CRMS intended to optimize operational efficiency and improve quality. Assist the CRMS Head in overall enhancing the controls associated with spreadsheets and regulatory submissions.

- Work on automation tools like Xceptor to support the CRMS team on automating the internal MIS published to internal stakeholders. Assist the CRMS Head in pursuing the outsourcing opportunities within CRMS India. Assist the CRMS Head in designing a dashboard for CRMS related processes which will be circulated to seniors. Have a good understanding of the CRMS processes and assist in streamlining and provide support to the team for BAU activities. The

BAU activities are as follows -

- Legal Documentation preparation: Timely completion of legal document preparation, tracking and safe keeping of legal credit documentation and ensuring compliance with Credit policy, Companies Act, Stamp duty Act, Charge filing regulations.

- Credit Administration & Facility Maintenance - Creation and maintenance of approved credit facilities as data handlers within the credit systems.

- Collateral Monitoring: Monitoring, completion and submission of the various collateral related activities like drawing power computation, collateral reporting.

- Impeccable detail orientation and focus on superior quality deliverables with an ability to set deadlines and consistently achieve them.
