Job Description:


- The Sr. Manager Rewards will be responsible for managing and implementing the company's rewards strategy, and ensuring that the reward programs are competitive, sustainable, scalable, and have an impact on the short and long term performance of the company.


Client Details:

- Our client is a large multinational corporation operating in the Life Science and Pharmaceutical sector, with thousands of employees globally.

Description:

- Strategize, Design, and implement Total rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Incentives, executive compensation) for India region.

- Partner with key stakeholders to understand and translate the strategic objectives and reward needs of each business and function in the India.



- Data presentation for listed India entity to HR Country Head, GM, NRC approvals as and when needed.



- Ensure awareness of any new legislation, market practice and trends relevant to C&B.



- Design and implement a competitive compensation and benefit strategy, policies and practices within the global Rewards framework.



- Work with the Global Data Team to ensure all benchmarking data is aligne.



- Manage, develop and maintain local Compensation and Benefits policies, while ensuring alignment with global policies and the Reward Governance Framework, where applicable.



- Manage Benefits benchmarking, the design and implementation of new Benefits (as appropriate) while adhering to Benefits governance (including obtaining the necessary approvals for any changes in conjunction with Regional Reward).



- Manage the Global Total Employment Costs process for India. And provide support locally for the budgeting of employment cost to ensure adherence to budget.


Profile:

A successful Sr. Manager - Rewards should have:

- 10+ years of overall experience in specifically in rewards management.

- Open to Mumbai as a location.



- Candidate should come with experience dealing with the Pharmaceutical industry.
