1) Assist in administration of Merit increase, Variable Pay, incentive and retention plans across businesses.
2) Participate in external benchmarking exercise, analyse, manage and assist in implementation of role based salary ranges.
3) Handle job evaluation exercise across businesses.
5) Manage the implementation of the compensation tool & ensure data sanctity on the system.
6) Creation of training material on Reward philosophy, variable pay, compensation tool etc
Key skills:
1) Proficiency in Excel is a must
2) Understanding of the salary review cycle, bonus plans and market benchmarking exercise.
3) Exposure to job evaluation frameworks (Aon/Mercer/Hay) would be good to have.
