Significant experience in delivering compensation practices in a large, complex multinational company

- Expert knowledge of compensation and benefits policies

- Experience of managing contracts with third party suppliers

- Well developed people skills and ability to engage, influence and negotiate with major stakeholders and internal clients

- HRIS systems experience

Desirable Skills/Experience:

- Post Graduate Qualification in Reward

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will implement compensation and benefits policies and programmes in accordance with global standards. You will contribute to the development of global compensation and benefits policy and processes by representing the employee population within your area of responsibility. You will manage the delivery of annual compensation and benefit review events such as bonus, long-term incentives and salary review for the country/region. You will also manage day-to-day relationships with third-party benefit providers and deliver local communication strategies for compensation and benefit programmes.
