Job Description
- Responsible for conceptualizing, designing and execute and Retail & Sales Capability Building Initiatives to support organizations improved performance and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Role holder will be custodian for deliver training programs and evaluate effectiveness of such programs.
- Lead and prepare Retail for the next phase of growth
- Responsible for developing & sustaining L&D programs across levels and teams within
- Lead a team of in-house trainers who are productive and are able to make a business impact
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other informative materials.
- Encourage a culture of learning by facilitating e-learning, webinars, etc.
- Create and update the learning and development policies and procedures regularly and to evaluate the most effective and cost-efficient way to deliver relevant training
- Establish, implement and monitor all appropriate performance metrics for learning and development
Candidate Specification :
- Assessments / Coaching Certifications like MBTI / DiSC etc.
- Excellent understanding of Retail business
- Familiar with assessment centres
- Ability to train & develop skills for customer service & Selling
- Retail at a national level preferred
- Excellent communication and articulation skills.
- Must be a strategic thinker and result oriented.
- High analytical and problem solving skills
Salary Range: 12 - 17 LPA
