Job Title - Senior Manager - Sales (Non - BOI Channel)
Reporting to Head - Sales & Business Development
Job Location Delhi NCR
Responsibilities:
- Predominantly responsible for managing all MFD's in the region
- Responsible for business generation and scaling up business relationships as per as the assigned targets
- Identifying and appointing new MFD's to enhance market share and reach
- Increase allocations from all existing empaneled MFD's.
- Accountability for implementing all sales and distribution initiatives including sales promotion drives, new product launches with the MFD's
- Plan engagement activities for the MFD's through meets, presentation and mailers etc. on a regular basis
- Create benefit analysis for all the MFD's across the mapped area
- To identify product trends in market and provide analytical information to Reporting Manager
- Sharing progress report and market updates, provide regular feedback and implement constructive changes to enhance business growth in sync with the Reporting Manager
Qualification & Skill Set
- Preferably an MBA in Marketing / Sales. NISM certified
- Ability to work as a team member with minimum supervision and has desire to build a career in sales
- Excellent in presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Market savvy & aware of key developments about the financial markets
- Advantage would be over 6 years of experience in ND & IFA channel management of Mutual Fund Sales
- Strong business acumen and commercial sense
- Good understanding of retail financial services, preferably in mutual funds or distribution business
Who can apply
- Candidate with minimum 6-9 years of AMC retail experience, preferably in ND/IFA Channel
- Excellent at business communication skills (verbal & written)
- Smart with a go getter attitude.
- Candidates with Bancassurance experience can also apply.
- Prefer candidates in a similar role handling National Distributors / IFA's for a Mutual Fund House.
