Qualification:-
- MBA in Marketing
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience with at least 2-3 years of experience in retail marketing
Role & Responsibilities:-
- To anchor national retail marketing initiatives.
- Conceptualization, planning & execution of entire gamut of ATL/BTL initiatives of the retail business.
- Anchor & execute city-wise print marketing plans.
- Creative liasoning including creative briefs and content.
- Store-wise retail marketing - planning & execution - for over 60 stores across the country.
- Anchor store launches and facilitates revenue sales target.
- Liasoning with mall management teams to drive spaces on hire, cross-promotions, etc.
- Managing costs within approved budgets
- Commercial compliance
- Vendor management
- Manage tight deadlines
- Manage creative complexities
