Senior Retail Manager (General Trade/ Modern Trade) for a lingerie firm in Delhi/NCR

- Preferred candidate from Lingerie Industry with an experience in Modern Trade, General Trade and Retail distribution.

- Develop and execute retail strategies for GTM and achieve sales targets in both modern trade and general trade channels.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including department stores, specialty lingerie stores, and supermarkets.

- Lead the expansion of our retail presence by identifying and negotiating new retail opportunities, including franchise partnerships and distribution agreements.

- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility and drive sales in-store.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
