- Handling end to end annual business of fruits and Vegetable

- Managing the vendor and Farmer Sourcing for Fresh Fruits and Vegetables

- Price Negotiation

- Stock planning

- Day cover, Inventory corrections, Vendor Management, New Vendor creation

- Payments & Grievances, Training

- Relationships from major sourcing hubs

- Understanding of pricing trends

- Appreciation of quality

- Appreciation of challenges in logistics and storage.
