Title: Sr. Manager - Residential Sales (Luxury Residential sales)
Experience: 9-12 Years
Location: Gurgaon
Client: One of the leading names in Luxury real estate.
Work Format: 6 Days a week with one weekly off (Not necessarily on weekends, depending on the roster)
Job requirement:
- Extensive experience in handling HNI/ UHNI Clients.
- Strong background in Luxury Residential Sales.
- Should have extensive experience and knowledge of various facet of real estate industry.
- Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist in promoting sales.
- Demonstrated excellence in identifying and developing key clients and interacting with them for business excellence and accomplishment of targets.
- Manages the promotion and direction of the sales or service activities among customers or prospects in a region.
- Generate revenue through all modes of sales push including, Channel Partners/ Brokers, Direct, Online & offline, Referrals, Loyalty, Institutional sales, Investors, B2B etc.
- Monitoring the Post sales activities like follow up with the customers, service reminders and handling customer grievances as a part of Possession process/ Handing over of project.
- Excellent presentation, communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
