Client Details :

- Our client is a leading player in Ayurveda segment. They are looking for a Sr manager R&D based out of Mumbai.

Description :

Reporting to VP Technical and Business Head, You will be responsible for :

- Handling Product development for Ayurveda products like pills, tablets, capsules, medicated oils etc

- Handling clinical for claim substantiation

- Handling claims for various products and for creating dossiers

- Handling areas like Tech Transfer, creating specs, analytics etc

- Setting up R&D lab for Ayurveda NPD

Profile :

Ideally you are full time M.Pharm/B.Pharm/ Ayurveda with 10-20 years of experience in NPD and formulations in Ayurveda space. You must have at least 5 years of experience in developing Ayurveda products.

- You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have an excellent track record in your earlier professional stint and should be ready for the next challenging assignment
