Senior Manager - Renewable - Operation/Execution - Consulting

Sr. Manager- Renewable (Operation/ Execution)

1. Should have minimum 10+ execution experience in renewable consultancy

2. Should have minimum 5+ experience as team leader for due diligence, owners engineering, lenders engineering, & M&A assignments

3. PMP certified preferred

4. Should be responsible for managing renewable execution team and achieving team invoicing & collection target in line with business objective.

I. Responsibility and Authority :

1. Overall coordination of renewable consultancy assignments

2. Customer retention as per objective target by delivering service excellence

3. Improve Operational sales for renewable consultancy

4. Project management of day to day basis for all solar, wind consultancy projects

5. Lead and Mentor renewable execution team for day to day project related activities on engineering, design, site management, inspection activities to achieve desired operational excellence

6. Attend & lead all technical meetings with client to resolve the concerns, if any.

7. Attend & resolve the problem, customer complaints on priority

8. Monitor overall freelancers to achieve desired quality

9. The position will report to GM-GES

10. Should have extensive experience and knowledge in renewable market, policies in India

11. In depth technical knowledge about renewable project life cycle services

12. Exceptional client liaison and convincing skills

13. Knowledge about latest industrial software PVsyst, PVSol, Windpro, Wasp, etc.-

II. Education and Experience :

1. B E-Electrical/Mechanical is plus+ M. Tech in any of the stream

2. 20+yrs of experience power/energy sector
