To Manage all the aspect of treaty highlighted as below
- Structuring and Preparing Treaty renewal submission
- Negotiating Treaty renewal terms with leader and follow RI markets
- Actively manage and reduce reinsurance risk, overexposures, counterparty risk, and gaps in cover
- Managing all the other aspects of Reinsurance like
- Liasoning with Finance and Accounts for submission and preparation of Quarterly statement
- Managing other regulatory and Compliance process from RI perspective
- Monitoring RI rating and CAT aggregates
- Manage Internal MIS from RI reporting point of view
- Engaging with RI brokers / Leader for seeking deviation approval wherever required
Skill set Required-
1. Ideally 3 to 5 years in general insurance
2. Broad span of knowledge in all lines of Insurance and Reinsurance
3. Understanding of business practices, data management and reporting
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Experienced in negotiation, facilitation, problem solving and decision making at a senior level
6. Knowledge and experience of the market, trends and opportunities
7. Chartered Accountant or Certification in insurance (ACII or equivalent) if it is there
