Senior Manager - Regulatory Compliances - BFS

 We are looking a candidate for the position of Senior Manager in Regulatory compliance those who have good experience into Government bodies like RBI and credit cards experience is additional benefits. JD is given below:-

Job Description :-

- Monitor industry regulatory activities and other trends (external and internal) through appropriate early warning systems in order to take pre-emptive actions

- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations by internal/external auditors & regulators and ensure its timely and effective closure.

- Monitor timely submissions of various reports/returns/responses to RBI and other regulator by different functions. Support company JV functional areas to deliver regulatory initiatives projects/New Product/Process initiative (NPI)

- Operate basis banking JV guidelines and act on the operating guidelines/recommendations received from both JV partners.

- Partner with Legal and relevant functions as appropriate to drive various compliance program requirements

- Support digital and social-media based marketing initiatives

- Drive Compliance initiatives in the organization

- Drive reporting and timely completion of Regulatory Initiatives and escalation of issues to senior management.

- Align with banking JV compliance objectives and global supervision regulatory trends as applicable to the JV entity.
