- Essential: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Business, Healthcare Administration, orMastersin related field from an accredited college or university.
- Requires a minimum of 7-10 years in operation/service excellence role 3 years in Healthcare Industry
- Progressive healthcare customer experience in a multi-site healthcare organization strongly preferred
- Be responsible and accountable for the service excellence and operations for units in a regional cluster.
- Ensure implementation & maintenance of SOPs of Operations, including training, measuring key metrics, guiding unit teams on process improvements.
- Measure, monitor VOC/NPS of units on a monthly basis and work with units to improve NPS on a regular basis
- Resolve unit issues by collaborating with various departments (if required) and develop workable solutions. Escalate as appropriate and resolve issues within the defined time frame & manage critical ones AS.
- Ideate, design and develop implementation of innovative approaches for operations excellence.
- Present regular updates of units' performance (operational excellence) to supervisor/management
- Work collaboratively & build strong relationship with unit teams, including operations, IT, doctors, etc.
- Identify best practices from other units/hospitals/competitors and share the same with supervisor/management to look for implementation & better outcomes in own organization.
- Represent ethics, values & business practices with all internal & external customers.
