Senior Manager - Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring their professional growth.
- Distribute work among team members to ensure optimal productivity.
- Conduct detailed screening of profiles by team members to ensure a high interview-to-offer-to- join ratio.
- Source profiles through various channels including referrals, job portals, social media, and recruitment consultants.
- Conduct review meetings with Hiring Managers.
- Present review cases to the Management.
- Organize Recruitment Drives.
- Adhere to Business Ethics and Code of Conduct Policy.
- Comply with information security requirements
- Actively participate in internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract passive candidates, optimize sourcing channels.
- Leadership hiring as required.
Experience: 15+ Years, preferably in the Bengaluru job market.
Location: Bengaluru
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
- Mandatory Technical skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Bengaluru job market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in sourcing profiles through various channels.
