Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Talent acquisition.
- Should be Familiar with HRBP role.
- Manage Centre of Excellence recruiting projects of multiple roles and functions.
- Coordinate the end to end recruitment and the hiring process including conducting pre screens and coordinating interviews and a job offer management.
- Provide excellent recruiting and advisory service to Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and the Sourcing team to guide high-quality candidates through the selection process.
- Ensure understanding of the sourcing geographies, review business needs and develop the sourcing plan.
- Identify process improvements to gain efficiency.
- Responsible for brand-building events, cooperation with universities, etc.
- Complete reports and analyses as requested by Management.
- Ensure all assigned duties are being performed within the guidelines of the company's internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Key Skills:
- Min 8 yrs proven or demonstrated experience in end to end Talent acquisition
- Strategic thinking, effective decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to identify & implement industry best practices to improve existing process
Education: MBA from Premier B school
