Job Description :

- As part of global Talent Acquisition COE, you will be responsible for drive strategic hiring for the firm for their Chennai site.

- You will be a responsible for defining hiring strategy for the firm along with execution of the same working closely with global team, reporting to the TA COE leader based out of UAE.

Client Details :

- Our client is a UK based reputed MNC in Energy domain having set up across multiple geographies.

- They are looking to hire a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional in a newly created role to drive recruitment strategy for niche functions across the organization.

Description :

- Reporting into Talent Acquisition COE leader based out of UAE, you will be part of global team. Working closely with the local recruitment team, you will be responsible for:

- Driving sourcing strategy and leadership hiring

- Introducing innovative methods and social media to attract the best in class talent for the organization

- Working closely with the local and global team to achieve TA objectives

Profile :

- Atleast 10 years experience in Talent Acquisition in a multinational environment working across geographies is a must

- Exposure to strategic recruitment and hands on experience at hiring niche functions

- Prior experience of working with Energy/Infrastructure or EPC domains will be preferred

- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills with ability to manage global stakeholders
