Role: Senior Manager-Recruitment  Heading talent acquisition vertical, managing recruitment for IT requirement for leadership positions.  This would include devising out ways to keep recruitment costs at an all time low, with no impact on TAT and quality of hires, formulating recruitment mechanisms depending upon the type of position and its quantum and also ensuring smooth on-boarding of the new hires.  This will also involve building connect with employees (new hires / existing ones) to ensure their engagement levels are high, handling grievance if any, running R&R schemes for regions etc.  Education: Full time MBA  Strong in verbal and written communication.  - Ability to work independently / with Team and to adopt to a fast changing environment  - Organized, set priorities and meet deadlines  - 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment with 2+ years of experience in leadership hiring.  Desired Profile : The applicant must be an MBA in HR from premier institutes with good recruitment experience.  - Scholastic academic background is a must.  - Must be people oriented and affable should have an aptitude to keep pace in a fast, dynamic and challenging environment and flexible with working hours.  - Should have good communication skills and extremely good interpersonal skills.  - Must have worked in fast growing organizations.  - Should have extensive hiring experience
