Job Summary:

Overall responsible for Business Development cycle, right from cold calling to billing

Perform Market Research and find prospective leads as per the company's vision and mission

1. Monitor quality of prospects for revenue maximisation-C2H/Contractual

2. Effectively & promptly managing Client escalations-C2H/Contractual

3. Ability to build /nurture/grows a strong network of people/channels (internally and externally) for lead generation

Skills Looking for:

1. Good Commutation skill and business Etiquette, specifically for C2H hiring model.

2. Generate sales among existing client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling Staffing Sale.

3. Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers- C2H/Contractual

4. Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts- C2H/Contractual

5. Excellent Lerner, business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills

6. Good Knowledge on the existing market and ready to build strong network

7. Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

8. Strong Team Player and a go getter.

9. SHOULD BE REVENUE FOCUSED.
