About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager - Recruitment to lead our GCC vertical. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in hiring for Global Capability Centers (GCCs), particularly in the technology domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, client relationship management, and team leadership.
Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet the talent demands of GCC clients
- Build pipelines for niche roles, ensuring quality and speed in hiring.
- Stay updated with hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market intelligence.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions.
- Strengthen client relationships and expand business opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering market insights and strategic workforce planning solutions.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and delivery against hiring targets.
- Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities to enhance recruiters' expertise in hiring.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics to optimize team productivity and efficiency.
Business Development & Growth
- Collaborate with the business development team to acquire new clients and expand our footprint in the industry.
- Develop a strong understanding of client hiring challenges and provide innovative recruitment solutions.
- Identify opportunities for RPO solutions.
Key Requirements:
- 8-12 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on hiring for Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
- Strong client management experience with the ability to engage, influence, and grow key accounts.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills, with experience in mentoring recruiters.
- Understanding of technology hiring trends, skills demand, and compensation benchmarks.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and passive candidates.
