Job Description :
- Taking care of talent acquisition for the firm PAN India
- Managing relevant stake holders of the firm & fulfilling their recruitment needs
- Management of both internal & external stakeholders
- Creating recruitment dashboards & providing monthly/ fortnightly updates (need based)
- Taking care of other recruitment aspects like : diversity, recruitment cost & creating databases for future roles etc.
- Understanding recruitment needs & keeping eye on new-trends and utilizing the internal resources efficiently
- Leading the recruitment initiatives like : IJPs, internal references, campus relationships, managing vendor relation and the contract terms
Desired Profile :
- Mumbai-based Candidates are preferred
- Minimum 12 years of core recruitment experience in services or similar industry
- Qualified MBA in HR from an institute of repute
- Should have hands-on experience on recruitment portals like : LinkedIn, Naukri etc.
- Excellent knowledge in powerpoint & Excel
- Excellent Communication skills and presentable
Salary Offered : 14-16 LPA
