Recruiter(Sr.Manager) :
- Managing complete recruitment life-cycle by maintaining optimum hiring time-lines, recruitment cost minimization, and hiring forecasting.
- Interacting with business Team, understanding their demands and setting priority.
- Market Intelligence and candidate Mapping from target companies
- Strategizing plans to meet the open demand under defined guidelines
- Planning and conducting walk-in drives at multiple locations to meet the numbers.
- Conducting Interviews, Offer Negotiations, Fitment, Salary discussions with management/ C&B
- Responsible for taking care of recruiting metrics in terms of fulfillment, open demand, Cycle time, joining ratios, etc.
- Managing multiple vendors for specified for divisions.
- Providing salary inputs to C&B team in terms of market demand on various skills.
- Worked on Talent Mapping to get the right candidates on board.
- Have worked as Campus Program Manager for premier colleges and Law Schools across India
- Ensure smooth on-boarding process for experienced candidates.
- Maintaining the complete JD Repository of hiring program.
- In charge of the Full Life Cycle of Recruiting Process for multiple LOBs
- Firming up the hiring plans with business; based on the forecasted projects and Demand
- Developed & implemented Strategic Recruitment initiatives to meet multi- business manpower needs including alternate channels of hiring
- Hiring sign off of new businesses.
- Vendor Management and internal Attrition Management.
- Leading PAN India Recruitment
- Infrastructure support for Tier1 US/UK/AUS based clients in BFSI Industry, BPO, Telecom, Product Engineering, Shared Services, E&U.
- Compliance & Process Owner for PAN India Hiring; Management of Risk & Audits.
- Responsible for developing & implementing "Strategic Recruitment" initiatives to meet Technology Hiring Demand & building talent pipeline.
Required Qualification : Must be a MBA(Full-Time).
