Job Title: Sr. Manager - Recruitment
Reports to: Zonal Head
Job Responsibility:
Handling end-to-end Recruitment.
Recruitment all Front-level, Mid-level & Senior Level positions.
Acting as a Lead Manager for existing clients regarding their current requirements.
Sourcing the candidates from different sources such as social networking, Job-Portals (Naukri.com, Monster.com)
LinkedIn, References & existing database.
Validating the profiles thoroughly.
Giving feedback on the profiles sent by the vendors.
Scheduling the shortlisted candidates as per the time slots allotted by the business heads.
Interview follow-ups with vendors and the candidates.
Constantly keeping candidate warm for the position.
Negotiating on compensation as well as the joining date.
Following up to ensure good turnaround time of the interview process till candidates joining.
Following up with candidates for the acceptance of the offer made.
Responsible for the candidates reference check.
Constantly keeping in touch with the selected candidates to ensure avoidance of dropouts and also maintain a contact with them after joining.
Basic requirements:
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation.
- Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of employment laws & compliance.
- Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network.
- Experience working in a vibrant, fast changing environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Proven skill in the operation and utilization software such as Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel, etc.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload to assure that short timelines are met while having frequent interruptions.
- Outstation candidates willing to relocate to Nagpur
Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources
- 7yrs to 11years of work experience in recruitment
