Work Experience: 6 to 9 years of relevant experience, especially in recruitment and employee retention.
- Preferably from Service, Banking or Insurance Industry Background

- Responsible to drive talent acquisition targets for all levels across Pan India.
- Supervise recruitment team member/s and support in the sourcing of candidates through various avenues- Consultants, Job Portals, Internal Database, Referrals and Social networking sites for all frontline positions & junior management position.
- Act as Individual contributor, responsible to drive talent targets for managerial & above position while supporting team at frontline hiring level.
- Handle all the Manpower Planning & ensure recruitment approvals as per company's hiring process.
- Recruitment MIS - Cost Analysis of Hiring, Channel Effectiveness.
- Empanelment of consultants for hiring, recruitment contract approval and facilitation of processing of payments
- Work in close coordination with multiple stake holders & Business heads based at Pan India level. Comprehensive expertise in client's management and cross border people management.
- Attrition Management - Take ownership and support HR Leader in defining various Employee Retention Strategies/ policies. Work closely with business leaders & ensure implementation.
- Employee Engagement - Driving talent engagement programs based on the feedback of various Employee Connect & New Hire Assimilation programs
- HR Analytics/ Reporting: Managing set of dashboards aimed at providing clear and crisp information to management.
