Candidates Skills required:
- MBA/ Post Graduate with experience of 10-14 years and good experience in handling recruitment from RPO/ Banking/ Financial process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to recruit top talent expeditiously across the front, middle, and back office.
- Handling the India recruitment process and leading a team of recruiters, recruiting coordinators and researchers.
- Designed and implemented the strategy of recruitment to hire the best talent.
- Continually assess the competitiveness and effectiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets
