Role Overview:

- The Senior Recruitment Manager will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for senior and leadership roles within Thrillophilia.

- This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the market, strong networking skills, and a proven track record of successfully recruiting high-level professionals.

- The ideal candidate will work closely with the executive team to ensure the right talent is onboarded to drive the company's growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Senior-Level Hiring:

- Develop and execute strategies to identify, attract, and hire top senior-level and leadership talent across various functions, including marketing, technology, operations, and finance.

- Work closely with senior management to understand the strategic hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including executive search firms, direct sourcing, social media, and networking, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

- Leverage industry networks and relationships to attract high-caliber candidates.

Candidate Experience and Engagement:

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

- Engage with potential candidates to understand their career aspirations and match them with opportunities at Thrillophilia.

Recruitment Process Management:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiation.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the hiring process.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to define job requirements, key skills, and competencies for each role.

- Provide regular updates and insights on the recruitment process, including market trends and salary benchmarks.

Employer Branding:

- Work with the marketing and communications teams to promote Thrillophilia's employer brand and attract top talent.

- Develop and implement strategies to position Thrillophilia as an employer of choice in the market.

Data-Driven Recruitment:

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.

- Continuously improve recruitment processes based on feedback and performance data.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

- 4 to 6 years of experience in recruitment.

- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for senior and executive roles in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the technology or travel sectors.

- Strong understanding of market trends, compensation structures, and talent availability.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
