Position Overview:

- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Manager Recruitments to lead our recruitment division.

- This role will be pivotal in driving profitability, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of recruitment services.

- The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging technology, including AI, to enhance our recruitment processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Profit and Loss Management: Oversee the financial performance of the recruitment division, ensuring targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.

- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- End-to-End Delivery: Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to placement, ensuring high-quality candidate experiences and client satisfaction.

- Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

- New Initiatives: Conceptualize and implement innovative recruitment strategies and initiatives that align with market trends and client needs.

- AI Implementation: Research and integrate AI-driven tools and technologies to streamline recruitment processes and enhance decision-making.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the recruitment team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- 10+ years of experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.

- Proven track record in P&L management and business development.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and performance metrics.

- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in recruitment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
