Hiring for one of our captive client for Senior Manager - R2R role at Mumbai location.

Skills/Experience required :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) having more than 15+ years of post-qualification experience in diversified domains of RTR process.

- Prefers having relevant experience in Media Industry

- Proven track of managing and leading transformation projects in RTR domain to drive process excellence

- In depth knowledge of diversified domains of RTR process with working knowledge of Record to report activities.

- Strong in people management

- Energetic, detailed oriented, able to adhere to deadlines in a timely manner

- Strong communication skills for negotiation & reconciliation

- Self-motivated

- Commercially focused with a strong Client service approach

- Confidence in dealing and building relationships both internally and externally

- Well organized with strength in prioritizing

- Flexible attitude to achieve results.
