For the same, they are looking to hire Senior Manager - R&D (India), based out of Mumbai,

Job Description - Represent Client's India Management Committee in strategic planning process to execute business-unit related R&D plan.

- Collaborate with strategic business partners, SBUs, operations in delivering OTIF (on time in full) innovations

- Collaborate with Technical Center to enhance the quality of innovation in India.

- Develop R&D Leaders through coaching & mentoring

- Seek innovative and cost effective formulation and packaging solutions.

- Sound and thorough knowledge of food science and technology.

- Sound knowledge of R&D management and innovation process management.

- Proven track record of R&D culture in CPG / FMCG companies in India and abroad.

- Demonstrate ability to articulate and communicate in the leadership forums.

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), Able to effectively engage and present data and conclusions in an organized, concise manner at all level of company.

- Ability to balance competing priorities/projects with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines and providing high quality work and service level.

- Ability to establish priorities and work independently.

- High professional standards; can be trusted to maintain confidentiality.

- Experience providing thought leadership and execution of processes in a highly matrixed, global company.

The Successful Candidate - Successful applicant will be MSc/Phd in inorganic chemistry with over 10 years of experience in R&D innovation, Project management, innovation and formulation design.
