Requirements
- 12+ Years of Experience in US healthcare industry
- Should have worked as Sr. Manager for minimum 3 Years.
- 8 + years of managerial Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the Organization's Goal, Objectives, policies and procedures, etc.,
- Assist in planning and implementing overall business strategy.
- Responsible for overseeing the financial health of their organization
- Identifying areas for cost control and implementing effective measures to reduce cost.
- Implementing and managing new business ventures or processes to increase profitability.
- Provides strategic advice and recommendations to leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified operating policies, practices, and procedures within the specified functional area of focus.
- Leading the department Managers towards the organizational goal.
- Evaluates and enhances current operational systems.
- Ensure the Optimization of Projects.
- Creating forecast reports and adjusting other projects accordingly
- Identifying potential risks/ hazards and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Demonstrates and develops commitment to service, processes and quality.
- Conducts skip level meetings with the operations team to address any concerns by the employees and ensure smooth functioning of daily operational activities.
- Communicates effectively across the AHS organizational structure.
- Provides effective situation management and escalation.
- Conduct appraisal and review of the Managers.
- Works in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures.
- Follows AHS policies, upholds professional standards, and performs all work in a manner respectful of others.
- Performs other responsibilities as needed.
