Senior Manager - Quality & Training
Job Description :
1. Manage and Lead a team of QAs and Trainers
2. Conduct Quality audits and share feedback with agents and Share audit reports on a daily/weekly basis with inferences drawn in the audits
3. Conduct hygiene audits to check compliance of critical processes
4. Dip-checks to check the understanding of agents on new updates
5. Identify training needs, create training modules and conduct refresher trainings
6. Conduct training to new hired agents and conduct on the job trainings
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Minimum 7+ years experience in Quality & Training Domain
2. Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
3. Team Handling experience is mandatory
4. Preferably from E-commerce or Ed-Tech industry
