Role: Senior Manager - Quality
Reports To: VP - Quality
ONLY PEOPLE WITH EXPERIENCE IN QUALITY ASSURANCE IN MANUFACTURING PLUS TELECOM MAY APPLY
Job Description:
1. Participate in and drive improvement projects across the organization
2. Develop dashboards for monitoring and reporting improvement and other key initiatives
3. Develop and maintain process documentation
5. Participate in Root Cause and Data Analysis of various organizational initiatives
6. Participate in various quality/business excellence assessments and audits
7. Conduct training programs and workshops for cascading quality/business excellence initiatives
Other Details
.Managing end-to-end project from auditing till facilitation with respect to Quality Assurance activities as Quality Reviewer.
- Co-ordination of External Audits and submission of Corrective Action along with relevant evidence in order to ensure timely closure of findings.
- Risk assessment and finalization of mitigation plans for the same.
- Management of teams in Quality Assurance Unit, Document Control and Archives etc.
Adhering to regulatory standards, processes & procedures.
- Assuring that SOPs & regulatory standards are established and followed within team and in operations.
- Co-ordinating creation, review and improvement of SOPs.
Essential Attributes:
- Process orientation
- Ability to work with numbers and do data analytics
- Knowledge of quality frameworks and tools
- Knowledge of telecom industry
- Ability to engage with stakeholders across the organisation
- Good communication skills
Education: MBA (Manufacturing Management) with Masters in Total Quality Management preferred
Salary: Upto 21 Lakhs CTC
