Senior Manager - Quality Assurance - Technical Textiles/Manufacturing

Position: Sr. Manager Quality Assurance.

Department: Quality Assurance.

Location: Wada (50 km from Kalyan), Dist. Palghar, Maharashtra.

Position Level: Plant.

Job Summary:

- We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Quality to oversee and enhance quality standards across our composite manufacturing unit (Yarn, TFO, Warping, Weaving, Non-woven, Stitching).

- The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in CAPA, ISO compliance, and quality audits within the textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure quality maintenance across all production processes.

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) proactively.

- Develop and establish inspection and testing methods (AATCC, BIS, ISO, etc.).

- Oversee the Inspection & Test Certificate process to ensure compliance.

- Collaborate with teams for New Product Development from a quality perspective.

- Lead and manage quality audits and drive continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: MBA in Textile Technology (mandatory).

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years in textile/fabric manufacturing in a similar role.

- Industry Preference: Experience in Technical Textiles or Manufacturing Industry is preferred.
