Senior Manager - Quality Assurance

About the job:

- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and protocols for commercial projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards, codes, and specifications.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction activities, materials, and installations to verify compliance with project requirements and quality standards.

- Review design drawings, specifications, and construction documents to identify potential quality issues and recommend improvements.

- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

- Coordinate and facilitate third-party inspections and testing as required.

- Monitor and track QA/QC metrics, prepare reports, and communicate findings to project stakeholders.

- Provide training and guidance to project teams on QA/QC procedures and best practices.

- Participate in project meetings, site visits, and client presentations to address quality concerns and ensure client satisfaction.

- Mentor safety officer at site about the compliance and adhere to the safety protocols.

- Coordinate with pan india project manager and make visit as per the project location and requirement

- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.

- Proven ability to develop and implement QA/QC processes and procedures.

- Experience conducting inspections, audits, and quality assessments.

- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

- Certification in Quality Management (e. , CQM, CMQ/OE) is a plus.
